About Ella

Ella monitors energy for European SMEs. Quarter-hourly meter data, market prices, capacity tariffs, anomaly detection, forecasting. We're 4 people, and we're shipping fast.

We're looking for a full stack engineer who turns complex energy data into a product that customers open every day. You own features end to end: from database to API to interface.

What you'll work on

• Product features end to end: design, build, ship, iterate
• Frontend in NextJS: data-heavy dashboards, insights and alerts customers act on
• Backend in FastAPI and SQL on TimescaleDB
• Integrations with meter data, market prices and energy contracts
• Product decisions: what's worth building and why

What we're looking for

• Hands-on experience building and shipping web applications (TypeScript/React and Python)
• Comfortable across the stack: SQL, APIs, UI
• You ship fast, take ownership and care about quality
• Affinity with energy or data-heavy products is a plus
